The launch of the Digital Archive on a Constitutional Settlement of the National Question & Accountability was successfully held on Sunday, 9 November 2025, from 4.00 PM to 7.30 PM at the Tilko City Hotel, Jaffna.
The event marked an important milestone in efforts to document, preserve, and make accessible constitutional reform proposals and accountability-related discourse, supporting informed public debate, research, and policy engagement in Sri Lanka.

His address critically examined existing accountability mechanisms in Sri Lanka and explored the legal, institutional, and democratic imperatives for establishing an independent public prosecutor's office.
"What Approach Should the Tamil Community Take to Constitutional Reforms under the Current Circumstances?"
