The Jaffna Institute for Law and Policy has introduced a series of publications titled "Meiporul", aimed at creating a basic understanding of legal and policy-related issues for the wider public.
The first issue of the Meiporul series examines the critical question of whether an independent Public Prosecutor's Office is necessary as an alternative to the Attorney General's Department in Sri Lanka. This publication contributes to public discourse on institutional reform and the rule of law.
