This project documents and preserves constitutional reform proposals made by Tamil political parties and movements from 1921 to the present. Implemented by the Jaffna Institute for Law and Policy in collaboration with the Noolaham Foundation.
The project provides an accessible legal and historical record of Tamil political engagement in Sri Lanka's constitutional processes and supports informed participation by parliamentarians, civil society actors, researchers, and the wider public.

Preserving critical court records on war crimes and human rights violations in Sri Lanka.
This project focuses on documenting key domestic court cases related to war crimes and serious human rights violations in Sri Lanka. Implemented in collaboration with the Noolaham Foundation, the project compiles detailed case briefs including evidence and judicial proceedings.
The initiative preserves court records at risk of being lost or legally destroyed and contributes to informed discussion on accountability, transitional justice, and the strengths and limitations of domestic legal mechanisms in post-war Sri Lanka.
The Jaffna Institute for Law and Policy engages in research, advocacy and educational activities in relation to law and policy matters affecting the North and East regions of Sri Lanka.
